June 2010: Obtain Ph. D. degree for crop breeding and genetics at Sichuan Agricultural University, China.
September 2008-September 2009: As a joint Ph.D. student between
Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) and
Sichuan Agricultural University of China, major in wheat and barley
molecular genetics, supported by study abroad project of China.
September 2007- September 2008: Ph.D. student
at Triticeae Research Institute, Sichuan Agricultural University,
China, majoring in wheat breeding and genetics.

1. Genome-wide association mapping for seed dormancy and pre-harvest sprouting in triticeae;
2. Development of single nucleotide polymorphic markers from different
seed dormancy and pre-harvest sprouting candidate genes in common
wheat;
3. Fine mapping genes for low-tiller number in wheat variety H461.
